PEARL is an organization committed to the safe reconditioning and remanufacturing of all electrical apparatus that has previously been in service. PEARL also has inspection and test standards for surplus material, too!  PEARL collects, creates, and disseminates information, policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the proper recycling and reuse of electrical power equipment. It's members must meet strict technical, safety, and operational requirements. All PEARL members are required to fully follow the PEARL reconditioniong standards when utilizing the PEARL safety seal.
